Rob Kuhn, better known on the pages of MGA! as the **Frugal** Pundit, is a 40‑year veteran of wildland firefighting and a long‑time MGA enthusiast, having bought his first one at age 14. He has rebuilt more MGAs than he admits to his wife of 40 years, led efficiency‑management teams, and worked as a contract writer and editor for governmental agencies and NGOs. Rob has also been a syndicated columnist, freelance writer, and author. His promotional background includes owning small businesses and organizing major aviation events, including air shows and skydiving “boogies” that drew thousands of participants. As NAMGAR’s Membership Chair, he aims to collaborate with local clubs to find “free‑range” MGAs and promote the Register’s benefits at automotive schools, repair shops, parts sellers, and car shows.
