Custom orders will take 4-6 weeks. <\/p>\n<p><a id=\"q2\"><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>How do you handle rush orders? <\/strong><br \/>\nWhere possible, we will do what we can to ensure rush orders are delivered on time. However, if the item is not in stock, it could take 4-6 weeks to ship. To avoid disappointment, please place all orders with plenty of lead time. Please ensure that you indicate the required delivery time in the Comments Section of the Order Form, if you have a date to meet, e.g. a birthday. <\/p>\n<p><a id=\"q3\"><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Is the clothing machine washable? <\/strong><br \/>\nYes, all clothing items are machine washable, but it is always best to follow the manufacturer\u2019s label instructions. <\/p>\n<p><a id=\"q4\"><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Can I ship my items to a different address? <\/strong><br \/>\nYes. During the checkout your bill to ship too can be different.  <\/p>\n<p><a id=\"q5\"><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Can you embroider a logo on my own clothing item? <\/strong><br \/>\nYes, in most cases. Please call Wagners 217-469-6244 to inquire for details. <\/p>\n<p><a id=\"q6\"><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>How are logo colors chosen?<\/strong><br \/>\nThe supplier will choose the most appropriate color for embroidered logos. As a standard practice, light color embroidery thread will be used on dark colored garments, and dark color embroidery thread will be used on light colored garments. <\/p>\n<p><a id=\"q7\"><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Can I make changes to an existing order? <\/strong><br \/>\nChanges can be made to a placed order, providing the order has not been placed with our suppliers. Please contact Wagners 217-469-6244. <\/p>\n<p><a id=\"q8\"><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Can I cancel the order?<\/strong><br \/>\nAn order may be canceled provided the order has not been shipped or placed with Wagner\u2019s supplier. The colors you see on your screen as well as their brightness or darkness may differ from the actual colors of the garments. The settings, quality, and calibration of your screen determine the variation. <\/p>\n<p><a id=\"q10\"><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>How do you handle back-ordered items? <\/strong><br \/>\nWagner\u2019s will hold your order until all items are available for shipment.
