GT38 Car Show 1500 & 1600 Classes to be Sub-Divided

GT38 Car Show 1500 & 1600 Classes to be Sub-DividedThe 1500 and 1600 roadster classes have been growing over past years to more than 40 cars in each. The NAMGAR Executive has, therefore, decided to split both these classes, and the criteria for each class will be the type of wheels installed on your car. This will be tried at GT38.

There will be a 1500 (and 1600) wire wheel classes, and there will be a 1500 (and 1600) non-wire wheel class for cars fitted with other types of wheels, for example, steel wheels or mag alloy spoke wheels, even if they are on splined hubs.

Steel RimThe winner of each of these classes, 1500 and 1600 wire wheels, and 1550 & 1600 non wire wheels, will advance to the Premier class at GT39.

If you car has wire wheels on two hubs, and other wheels on the other two hubs, the spare wheel type will determine which class you shoul dbe entered in (just joking!).

Mag AlloyIf you have already registered a 1500 or 1600 roadster for GT38 before the entry form was amended, please contact Jim Brown or Carol Shamonsky by email if you car has wire wheels fitted.
