What are typical order delivery times?
Items in stock will ship the same week. Custom orders will take 4-6 weeks.


How do you handle rush orders?
Where possible, we will do what we can to ensure rush orders are delivered on time. However, if the item is not in stock it could take 4-6 weeks to ship. To avoid disappointment, please place all orders with plenty of lead time. Please ensure you indicate the required delivery time in the Comments Section of the Order Form, if you have a date to meet, e.g. a birthday.


Is the clothing machine washable?
Yes, all clothing items are machine washable, but it is always best to follow the manufacturer’s label instructions.


Can I ship my items to a different address?
Yes.


Is the mounting hardware included with the grille badges?
Yes, it is included with all of the grille badges except the Magnette badge. For the Magnette badge, you will need to use two round-headed stainless Phillips head screws to make your own mounting.


Can you embroider a logo on my own clothing item?
Yes, in most cases. Please email Regalia Sales to inquire for details.


How are logo colors chosen?
The supplier will choose the most appropriate color for embroidered logos. As a standard practice, light color embroidery thread will be used on dark colored garments, and dark color embroidery thread will be used on light colored garments.


Can I place an order for customized logo embroidery colors?
Should you wish to order customized colors for the logo, please provide specific details in the Comments Box of your Order Form, e.g. if you want a blue to match Glacier Blue, please indicate this in the Comments Box.

The SMALL print – NAMGAR, and the regalia producers, cannot guarantee that the color of the logo thread will exactly match your car color, but will do our best. The return policy will not apply to special order items, i.e, you have to keep what you order.


Can I make changes to an existing order?
Changes can be made to a placed order, providing the order has not been placed with NAMGAR’s supplier. Please contact Regalia Sales and mark your email urgent.


Can I cancel an order?
An order may be canceled provided the order has not been shipped or placed with NAMGAR’s supplier. Please contact Regalia Sales and mark your email urgent.

How do you handle back ordered items?
NAMGAR will hold your order until all items are available for shipment.


What payment methods are available?
Currently the only payment method available for online ordering is thru PayPal – either by Credit Card or bank transfer on a PayPal account, or by Credit Card if you do not have a PayPal account. Click here for further information on paying thru PayPal.


How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service.


How are orders for Canadian and international destinations shipped?
Shipping to Canada and other international locations is via the US Postal Service.


Can non-members order NAMGAR Regalia?
Yes, we will be happy to supply regalia items to non-members.


What is the return policy?

  1. We do not accept returns based on variations of colors. The colors you see on your screen as well as their brightness or darkness, may differ from the actual colors of the garments. The settings, quality, and calibration of your screen determines the variation.
  2. A purchaser may receive a full refund for purchased regalia returned within thirty (30) days of delivery. Items that are returned beyond thirty (30) days after delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not accept items for return more than 3 months after the original shipping date.
  3. Prior to returning an item, a “Return Authorization” must be issued by Regalia Sales. Please explain the reason for wishing to return an item. Regalia Sales will then confirm a “Return Authorization Number”, if the return and refund/replacement is accepted. You must contact Regalia Sales prior to returning your item.
  4. NAMGAR will pay for return shipping, in addition to a full refund, if the return is the result of a NAMGAR error or the item was defective. When returning an item, the purchaser is encouraged to use package tracking and insurance, if the carrier provides it. Items must be received in their original condition with original packaging where possible.
  5. Depending on the original form of payment, the customer should receive their refund within ten to fifteen business days after NAMGAR receives the returned item. The customer will be notified of the amount of the refund, if granted.
  6. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges should an order be returned by the shipper, or refused at the time of delivery, or undeliverable due to an incorrect/incomplete shipping address. If your order is received damaged in transit, please keep the packaging and its contents and contact us immediately.
