The Ottawa MG Club Honours Trish Adams

The Ottawa MG Club Honours Trish AdamsTrish Adams is not one of the longest term members of the Ottawa MG Club, having joined in 2008. However, in the time that she has been with the club, she has definitely made a difference.

Trish is easily recognized driving “Polly Blue”, her blue 1970 MGB. Her bubbly outgoing personality and infectious smile have helped Trish make many friends within our club.

Trish attends many of the Ottawa MG Clubs social and driving activities and has held a position on the clubs executive committee for past several years. She organized a very successful edition of “Cheapo-cheapo”, one of the Ottawa clubs signature overnight driving activities.

In October 2010, Trish co-organized a wonderfully successful and enjoyable Ottawa MG Club event to help celebrate MG80, the 80th anniversary of the MG Car Club UK. Trish played a key planning and organizing role on the host committee for GT-39. Among her duties, Trish organized the GT volunteers and oversaw the running of the very popular GT-39 hospitality suite. Those who attended GT-39 will remember Trish as one of the human dynamos that helped make the event such a huge success.

In 2015, the Ottawa MG Club celebrates its 25th anniversary and Trish has been instrumental in helping to plan an assortment of special Silver Jubilee activities. For all that she has done and all that she continues to do to ensure the ongoing success of our club, the members of the Ottawa MG Club are proud to nominate Trish Adams to receive NAMGAR’s Renkenberger Chapter Spirit Award.
