MG ZB Magnette

This 1958 MG ZB Magnette is one of approximately 1,500 exported to America.

It has a 3-main 1800 motor and MGB 3.9 rear end which makes it a comfortable 70+ mph highway car.

This is my latest project which I purchased from a NAMGAR member in NM.

We are Steve Giannoni P.E., and Lana Briscoe, of Northport, Long Island, New York, U.S.A., having acquired our 1959 MG Magnette, during August 2004.

The day I picked it up in October 2008

On the Tulip Rally, looking across the Strait of Juan de Fuca toward Canada.

Rescued from Erie, PA in 2001, got it running and refurbished (paint, interior, wheels, tires) in time to bring it to MG2006 in Gatlinburg.

‘58 supercharged and air conditioned.

August 2010. Not ready for GT-35; GT-37, maybe?

I’ve owned her since 1972 and I’m, still restoring her.

I bought “MooGoo” in June of 2017. The condition of the body and interior are in such good condition that I wouldn’t be surprised to find out she had been garaged her whole life.

We took our ZB out for a drive and took some photos with Mt. Hood in the back ground.
