My college girlfriend rode in my roommate’s Midget. That ride caused her to buy a Sprite that I drove for the next several years. After college the girlfriend became my wife. After a couple of houses, the Sprite was replaced with a Midget. A few years later the MGA was added to the fleet. Lois and I attended our first GT in Indianapolis in 1989. The MGA has been driven to the GT every year since. There are no plans to discontinue this practice.

While attending one of those GT’s and within earshot of a board member, I apparently uttered that I might possibly be capable of serving in the capacity of Treasurer for NAMGAR. This could have taken place in the GT Hospitality Suite but there are no witnesses willing to come forward with confirming testimony.

In any event, here I am, serving NAMGAR as the current Treasurer. If you should have any questions regarding membership or regalia payment processing, I am the person you need to contact.

Lois and I reside just north of Dayton, Ohio in the suburb of Vandalia. Aside from tending to the stable of LBC’s (MGA, MGB, MGC, Midget and E-Type), we play in several community bands and enjoy attending orchestra and opera performances and University of Cincinnati football and basketball games.
