Renkenberger Spirit Award Winner: Adam Lombard

The Southern California MG Club recently nominated Adam Lombard as a recipient of NAMGAR’s Renkenberger Spirit Award.

Adam became a member of the Southern California MG Club in 2004. Since joining the club he has served as Chairman of Regalia 2006-2007; Membership Chairman 2008-2010; President 2011-2013; and is the current Past President Emeritus. In addition to his duties on the board, Adam hosts one-on-one tech sessions in his garage (for members and potential members of our club); helps with repairs on cars, guides members in minor repairs and recommends mechanics or vendors for repairs or parts; recruits people for the club; publishes newsletters via email; organizes Meet and Greets; and prepares runs and tours. All of these tasks are in keeping with the motto of NAMGAR “It is not the cars that bring us together, but it is the people who bring us back.”

Adam is also associated with The Gathering of the Faithful-West; a member of Great Autos of Yesteryear and is active with the Boy Scouts of America. He is a valuable asset to our club and the community, the MG marque and to all of us who have contact with him.
