MGs For Cape to Cairo Drive Arrive in Cape Town

After a few technical issues, the MGs from Australia and the UK were driven from the Port of Cape Town to the hotel. Organizer of the expedition, Dave Godwin, is shown pictured on the left.

They then did a 300 kms (around 200 miles) shake-down run along the coast. They have been hosted by the President of the Cape Town MG Car Club. To read more, check out the blog.

The group is pictured below at Cape Agulhas which is the geographic southern tip of Africa and the official dividing point between the Atlantic and Indian Oceans.
