Dave & Rita Houser's 1960 1600 MGA Coupe
Shot in front of our Silverthorn Country Club in Brooksville, FL at our local Car Club breakfast. The color is “Stone”, a color from the ICI British Car Colors 1961 paint catalog. It was used on the sedan range of BMC cars. We have owed it for over 30 years now and she shares a garage with a 53 MG-TD and a 67 BGT Special.

Purchased this car in 2009 and joined the local British Car Club. The first MGA I owned was 44 year ago, sold it when got married and regretted it ever since.
David Honness's 1960 MGA 1600 Coupe
IMy 1960 MGA Coupe (#1402) was purchased last August, 2004 as I wanted a MGA that I could drive in the winter time. It’s less drafty in the winter and I also had my roadster torn down getting ready to put in an 1800 “B†engine. I only drove it a few times during this past winter as I had to get a few things straightened out. Now that I am retired I will spend more time driving my MGA’s and go back and forth in the winter time driving the couple and roadster. I will use my roadster mostly in the summer time.
Over the years I have owned MGTD’s, MGA’s, MGB’s but the MGA’s have always been my favorites. David Honness Roanoke, Virginia.

I am 21 and this is my first classic British car. I love this car and can't wait to go to meet ups with it.

Mark J. Michalak's 1960 1600 Coupe
I’ve owned this Coupe since 2000. It was in very good shape with little rust, a straight body, and few mechanical problems. My intent with this car was to have a solid road car that would be reliable and comfortable for long trips. To accomplish this I added a high compression 5-main 1800 with HS6 carbs, Miata seats, and a very good sound system. I regularly drive the car great distances and especially like to participate in long rallies such as the Missouri Endurance Rally and the Grand Lake Tour. I do intend to restore the car because I think it deserves more than Rustoleum and road dirt.
