The Delaware Valley Classic MG Chapter (DVCMG) established in 1970 is an organization of about 70 MG enthusiasts. The chapter is an “all MG” Club and is affiliated with the New England MG T Register (NEMGTR), the North American MGA register (NAMGAR) and the North American MGB register (NAMGBR). Currently we have 27 MGAs and 17 NAMGAR members.

The primary goal of the club is to provide opportunities for driving and sharing the enjoyment of MGs through motoring events and social activities. “Maintaining the Breed” through technical sessions, access to technical experts and the sharing of experiences (and woes) of MG ownership. repair, maintenance, and restoration are other benefits of the club.

You don’t have to own an MG to belong to the club. Local members live in the extended Delaware Valley area – as far north as Scranton PA, west to Harrisburg PA, south to Wilmington DE and east to the Jersey shore (we also have members as far away as California). The club’s mission besides maintaining the marque is to provide various events to bring members together. Activities are centered in Southeastern Pennsylvania where most of the membership resides. Venues are moved to serve all points of the compass. Our events include Spring and Fall weekend tours, local rally’s, tech session, anniversary and holiday parties.

Our major event is the DVCMG Skippack Village British Car Festival. In 2022 for our 17th annual show, we moved to the small Pennsylvania Village of Skippack. The village offers an open site for the approximately 100 cars on display while being embedded in a variety of restaurants and shops for participants to enjoy.

We always look forward to hearing from and interacting with other enthusiasts of MGs, and other British and classic cars. We have a long and colorful history which we hope will continue. Cheers.
