I have decided to go with the none retractable 3 point belt setup ,disconnecting it to put the top up or down does not happen that often, once adjusted it’s comfortable.

  2. Comment by: Frazer L. Rice

The three point mounting system availale only in 1962 is an awkward arrangement at best. Todd Clarke supplies really excelllent mounting hardware but I doubt that any type of retractable arrangement would work because the top is in the way and where would the belt retract to anyway? The mounting point on the frame by the bottom of the door is pinned and must be disconnected every time the top goes up or down. If you would like some pictures of a NOS seat belt installed maybe I can arrange it. I don’t see your earlier comment.

on my earlyer comment about 3 point seat belts, I found mounting info., in my workshop manual, what I would like to know is the retractable type a problem to mount. Bob
